during a presentation. They come from the original
four-hour course.

Purple
notes are Dave Aiken's comments on Gordon Boultbee's
first draft. When he agreed with Dave's comment as a
"no brainer" he incorporated it into the 8/2/2008
draft and deleted the comment.

Red notes are Gordon's
responses to Dave's inputs; questions he has for Dave
and the other Task Force members; and/or notes to
himself on things that need to be addressed when TF 2
has finished the body of the presentation. Footnotes
vs. the bibliography are an example.
